By purchasing from CreatureClaws, the customer is agreeing to these policies.

 

CreatureClaws is not responsible for incorrect measurements if done without a kit.

​​​Damage to the product (chipping, loosening charms) will only be fixed on our end within a 3 week timeframe after purchase. Any damage after this time period falls on the responsibility on the buyer, and replacement nails can be sent for a small fee. Please contact us regarding this if need be.

CreatureClaws is not responsible for lost packages - all items are shipped with Royal Mail (1st class for full sets, 2nd for sizing kits + nail replacements within the UK. International standard shipping for sizing kits & replacement nails, tracked + signed for full sets) Please contact the shipping supplier directly if any issues arise.
